Flake the soap with a knife or grater and melt it in a saucepan in a bain-marie mixing well with a wooden spoon. When the soap has reached a good level of density, add the water a little at a time, always stirring, then the chosen vegetable oil, the drops of essential oil and the coloring substances. After adding all the ingredients, pour into the molds where it will rest for 6 weeks, after which the homemade soap is ready.  It is one of the best tips for homemade soap.

OAP MADE AT HOME

A second recipe, instead, comes from the blogger Stefania Rossini and puts in the field oranges, cinnamon, and olive oil :

REQUIRED

-A couple of oranges

-minced cinnamon

-sodium hydroxide

-olive oilHomemade soap, the recipe without caustic soda. And the one with orange, cinnamon and olive oil

PREPARATION

Obtain the orange zest and cinnamon minced flour, obtained by drying untreated oranges.  Then blend with a cinnamon stick broken into small pieces. In the second bowl put the water you used to wash the glass of the blender. After wearing a protective mask, gloves, and goggles, place 600 gr of the cinnamon and orange powder in the second bowl and  250 g of caustic soda in a pan; mix well and let it cool. In a second pot pour 2 kilos of olive oil, put everything on the stove and bring the oil to a temperature of 45 °.

Often mix the water with the soda to quickly lower the temperature: when this also will have reached 45 °, pour the oil into the pot with broth and soda inside; with the help of an immersion blender blend well (be careful to always keep it towards the bottom of the pot to avoid the risk of dangerous splashes). When the point of the tape arrives, you will notice it because on the surface it will form a sort of gelatinous crust.

Pour the orange and cinnamon flour . Stir again to mix and pour into the desired molds (excellent silicone ones to facilitate the extraction of the soap after 3 days from production, but also recycle containers such as yogurt, fruit and vegetable trays, various cheese spreads). Store in a cool, dry place and after about 3 days, remove from the containers, if necessary cut into the desired shapes and store the forms on gratings to season.

After minimum aging of 4 weeks, you will get a natural, biodegradable, environmentally-friendly, zero-fuel, low-cost soap diy. It is one of the best tips for homemade soap.
