Carrot cream recipe: How to make it step by step

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 4 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder

  1. In a pot, place 6 cups of water with 2 whole large onions, 1 small piece of pumpkin, 1 celery branch, 1 leek and a few sprigs of fresh coriander. Boil for 30 minutes, strain and go, you have your vegetable broth.

You can make this same cream, as I explain it here and add a piece of chopped pumpkin, about 100 grams. Prepare a carrot and leek cream: use a whole leek stem, chop it on wheels and cook it for a while in a pan with melted butter. Then you simply pour the leek with the other ingredients in the chopper and mix.

Carrot and orange cream: This version is particularly delicious, you will only need 2 juicy oranges. Peel them and cut them into segments, completely removing the white part and the seeds. Grind all ingredients, including oranges, and go.
